Mike is Vice President/Sales Associate specializing in all aspects of sales and leasing of Industrial Properties including warehouse, flex and manufacturing space for Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc.
Mike recently achieved the distinction of becoming an SIOR designee, counting himself as one of only 3,100 members in more than 630 cities in 34 countries. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
Mike’s primary business focus is on the marketing of these types of properties for clients located in Brevard County and throughout all of Florida utilizing proven methods including cold calling, area canvassing, community involvement and general market knowledge. Mike’s business experience includes a successful career in mortgage banking, real estate and construction sales and marketing.
