Mike founded Warehouse Connection in August 2001 to be the property manager for several warehouses that he purchased in Memphis Tennessee. In addition to owning and operating several warehouses, Mike is the owner of Nussbaum Distributing – a wholesale distributor covering five states.
Mike is a non-practicing CPA. While working for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell CPA firm, Mike specialized in oil and gas, banking, manufacturing, retailing, real estate, private placements, and fraud audits. After leaving public accounting, Mike became a partner in an oil and gas exploration company and the controller in a real estate development company and in a stock brokerage company. Mike is a honor graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has completed the 60 hour MPA (Masters of Professional Accounting) program at the University of Texas.
Mike has been active in numerous organizations. Currently he is on the board of directors of Del-Nat Tire. He has served in the following capacities: Chairman, Toyo Dealer Advisory Council; President, Notre Dame Club of Memphis; Senator, Notre Dame Alumni Senate; President, Big D Toastmasters; Deacon, Westminster Church.
