Mike Philbin is a Senior Vice President located in Northmarq’s San Diego, California office. With over 18 years of industry experience, Philbin primarily focuses on creating value for owners of net lease properties and assisting buyers in the acquisition of net lease and sale leaseback properties across the U.S. He has originated over $500 million in real estate acquisitions and over $1.5 billion in net lease investment sales.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Philbin served as a Director at Stan Johnson Company. Philbin originally joined Stan Johnson Company in 2013 and rejoined the firm in 2021. Before Stan Johnson Company, Philbin was a Vice President with CBRE. While in this role he specialized in single-tenant net lease and sale leaseback assets throughout the United States. Prior, he worked for Marcus & Millichap and R&R Capital.
