After he started and successfully ran Renfro Realty, LLC for more than 12 years, Mike partnered with Ernie Euler to create Matthew Development, LLC in 2000. Matthew Development grew quickly "from the ground up" bringing many local and intrastate real estate projects to life which have brought significant economic and lifestyle impacts on the communities they are located in.
Over the past 25 years, Mike has developed a wide breadth of knowledge and depth of skills that serve his clients well. He has concentrated experience in commercial land development and like all Matthew Development partners, Mike takes the position that "Our company chooses to participate in high-quality projects located in markets that will benefit our tenants. Our projects emphasize creative site design and elegant architectural appeal that will stand the test of time and be a source of pride to the community".
