Mike Sawtelle is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's San Antonio office before moving to Freestone Commercial. Mr. Sawtelle possesses 25+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing exclusively in Tenant Representation. His career in commercial real estate began in 1986 when he joined Cushman & Wakefield. In 1993, he cofounded The Pinnacle Group, which became the leading Tenant Representation firm in San Antonio. During his 25 year career, Mr. Sawtelle has represented over 10 million square feet of corporate facility assignments.
Mr. Sawtelle joined CBRE in 2005 and holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Mike specializes in office lease/purchase transactions, lease restructures/renewals and build-to-suits for his corporate clients.
