Mike Scruggs, an experienced entrepreneur, joined Olive Real Estate Group in 2018, bringing with him a business-minded approach and a wealth of experience. Previously, Mike had established and operated his family’s pizza franchise, successfully developing ten locations in Colorado Springs. During his time as a franchisee, he was recognized for his operational excellence and served on corporate advisory boards, where he contributed to the development and testing of emerging technologies.
Following his successful tenure in the restaurant industry, Mike pursued an opportunity with Amazon logistics to develop and operate a new delivery supply chain in Denver. Although he gained valuable experience, he realized that his passion lay elsewhere, leading him to pursue his interest in real estate.
Mike’s extensive experience in restaurant and logistics ownership provides him with a unique perspective that benefits his clients. He has a deep understanding of site location and lease negotiation, as well as the importance of optimizing workflow for each space. Mike primarily focuses on the industrial and flex market along Colorado’s southern front range assisting with leasing, sales and investments. Mike became a partner at Olive Real Estate Group in 2023.
