Michael Silva joined Americas Commercial Real Estate in 2003 and has over 17 years experience in commercial real estate. Michael began his career in the marketing and technology department with the firm, an excellent platform for learning the basics of the business first hand. Having earned his Sales Associate License in 2007, Michael immediately began working directly with the partners in the leasing and sales of the properties the firm exclusively represents. In 2009, Michael's hard work and dedication earned him the title of Vice President, and is now involved in over 7 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate. He closely works with the owners and partners of the company in all the day to day operations. Michael also oversees all of the company's marketing efforts as well as maintaining the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring smooth day to day operations for all associates and staff. Michael is grounded in the basics of Real Estate, the very essence the company was founded upon and has made Americas commercial successful since its inception in 1993. He is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors and the Realtor Commercial Alliance. He is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
