Mike Tabeek joined Newmark in 2008. Mr. Tabeek and his team help tenants, property owners and developers of office and industrial buildings make strategic decisions that are critical to the success of their operations. Acting as a non-budgetary real estate department, the team’s high-level strategic process is designed to assist their clients in making educated decisions to maximize the value of their leased or owned real estate
Mr. Tabeek has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. He is one of a handful of brokers that hold both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in the State of Nevada. Mr. Tabeek has sold all disciplines of real estate for local and nationally recognized companies in the Office, Industrial, Retail and Land sectors. He has completed more than $800 million in real estate transactions. He studied at the College of Southern Nevada and played on its nationally ranked baseball team.
Mr. Tabeek grew up in Las Vegas and is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter.
