Mr. Tica joined GEM in 2016 and is a Senior Vice President on the acquisitions team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Mr. Tica coordinates acquisition due diligence efforts, participates in investment term negotiations, and sources private-market real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining GEM, Mr. Tica was an Analyst at Ventas Inc., where he focused on the development and acquisition of healthcare properties.
Mr. Tica received a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
