Miles is a senior advisor at Helios Investment Services specializing in the sale, acquisition, and exchange of net lease investment properties across the United States, predominantly in the retail and medical sectors. He has a steadfast commitment to his clients’ success and aims to provide them with the best experience possible in every transaction. His areas of expertise include single tenant net lease investments, 1031 exchange advisory, medical office buildings, and sale-leasebacks.
Previously, Miles was a senior associate at Kidder Mathews, where he represented high net worth individuals, developers, operators, family offices, and institutional investors on the sale of their real estate. Prior to that he held a sales leadership position at a golf club manufacturer and also briefly worked in the medical device industry where he gained experience in the sale/servicing of medical equipment across a wide range of modalities.
