Current responsibilities
Mr. Glascock is a commercial real estate advisor working with and for the users of space, by developing a deep understanding of their Companies business goals and objectives and the role that real estate will play in assuring long term business success. He leverages his extensive experience and knowledge in managing large complex multidisciplinary organizations while working for large multinational US Companies in multiple roles and geographies. He has successfully advised clients of all sizes, life-cycle and products/service industries across the United States and Latin America.
Miles is a results oriented leader with over 30 years of proven success in real estate advisory services, strategic planning, general management, sales operations, marketing and financial management.
Experience
Prior to Joining JLL, he was a Tenant Representative advisor with Cresa in South Florida.
Before joining Cresa, Miles was a Partner with TAGRE a real estate development and advisory firm specializing in assisting a wide range of clients in maximizing the business and profit potential of their real estate developments and portfolios.
Prior to TAGRE, Miles was Senior Managing Director for Strategic Planning and Business for Latin America at Cushman & Wakefield, based in the Firm's Miami Office. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Miles developed a comprehensive segmentation analysis and strategic growth plan for the Latin American region and provided real estate advisory services for key global customers in the region.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Miles was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Hudson Capital, a Florida-based fully integrated real estate company focused on the acquisition, construction, development and conversion of residential multifamily apartment complexes to condominiums, as well as commercial condominiums.
Prior to Hudson Capital, Miles was a General Manager for Eastman Kodak Company's Latin American region responsible for all the countries in the region except for Brazil and Mexico. Before this assignment, Miles was the Director of Marketing for Kodak's Latin American Consumer Products Division.
