Miles is an office specialist who focuses his efforts on assisting tenants through the relocation/renewal process. He assists with lease negotiations, financial analysis, site selection, and design build.
Career History Miles joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company, L.C. in 2004 as an associate specializing in office tenant representation. Miles relocated to Kansas City from Dallas where he worked for The Morse Company in the North and Far North Dallas office markets.
His diverse background in corporate marketing, finance and sales enabled him to transition into commercial real estate with ease. Prior to joining The Morse Company, Miles worked as the corporate marketing manager for Southwest Sports Group/Mandalay Entertainment in Frisco, Texas. He was responsible for creating awareness for the Frisco Rough Riders and assisting in the new stadium launch. While with the Rough Riders, Miles was named the number one ticket and luxury suite salesperson for his significant success selling the stadium concept and vision before it was completed.
Previously, Miles worked as a financial advisor assistant with Merrill Lynch researching and analyzing market trends and investment alternatives. He also assisted the company’s financial advisors with the acquisition of high net worth clients. Other past work experience includes managing a café while a full-time college student and interning as a car sales representative, where he was recognized as both the leading new and used car salesperson.
Education Miles graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence and earned a Bachelor of General Studies in communication studies. While in school, he was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity and served as the social and risk management chairman.
