Mindy Ackerman works with the JLL Industrial team as a Team Manager and Leasing Agent. She is an integral part of the team covering administrative tasks including marketing, tracking of expenses and closing of deals in JLL’s financial platform. In addition, Mindy coordinates the site selection process by doing research, and interfacing with clients. She also assists with client materials including the preparation of property surveys, Letters of Intent, proposal summaries and presentations.
Prior to joining the JLL team, Mindy started her real estate career 10 years ago at CB Richard Ellis as a Marketing Specialist. In this position she coordinated the marketing efforts of one of Salt Lake’s top industrial teams. Quickly learning the business, Mindy transitioned to brokerage and worked as an Industrial Specialist for Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. In this position she has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over 1.8 million square feet. Mindy has gained experience, market knowledge, and professionalism throughout her career.
