Lifelong Council Bluffs resident Mindy Doebelin-Perdue joined the John Jerkovich team in 2014. Mindy has been a licensed Realtor since 2006.
As an experienced Realtor, licensed in Iowa and Nebraska, Mindy loves working with buyers and sellers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
Previously, she served six years on the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors Board of Directors, including as the board’s president in 2020. Currently she serves at State level for the Iowa Association of Realtors as a Professional Standards Committee member. Mindy has also chaired many other local committees throughout her carreer as well.
Mindy and her family are very active community members, and you may find her out and about helping at her family’s D & S Xpress convenience stores or watching her husband, Brad dirt track racing!
