Mitch started a Real Estate career in 1986 working in Templeton for Hanson Enterprises from 1986 to 1998 achieved Top Producer status. Was recruited and joined Country Real Estate Paso Robles and achieved Top Producer status from 1998 to 2013. Joined RE/MAX Parkside January 2013, very excited for the future. 27 years in Real Estate Sales in San Luis Obispo County. Construction and Development Bio: Born into a family of 3rd generation contractors. Knowledgeable in residential custom homes, commercial buildings, with skills including working with local building and planning officials for project generation and completion. Various projects completed including property lot splits, subdivision mapping and planning, construction projects in commercial retail, industrial, manufacturing and high end residential. Wine grape and Winery development: First hand knowledge of the grape industry. Planting and maintaining a professional vineyard from start to finish beginning 1999. Successful completion of many use permits including winery development 2008. Currently a hobby wine maker.
