Mitchell “Mitch” Munt is responsible for the account and relationship management of key Jones Lang LaSalle clients. In this role, he functions as the quarterback for projects that range vastly in their size, scope and objectives. From high-profile corporate headquarter relocations to the transaction management of regional offices through out the world, Mitch’s professionalism and dedication to his client’s always delivers a first-rate performance. Recent high-profile successes include an 80,000 square foot office headquarter relocation, a 120,000 square foot lease termination, a 115,000 square foot office renewal for a high-tech company, and a new lease of an 80,000 square foot office facility in India.

Experience
Mitch has worked in commercial real estate for more than 15 years, with experience in development, construction, agency, and tenant representation. He began his career in commercial real estate as a research analyst with Cushman & Wakefield. From there, Mitch joined the tenant representation firm Staubach, where he provided account portfolio management and brokerage services to Fortune 1000 companies with large real estate portfolios. Prior to joining the Sacramento Jones Lang LaSalle office, he was the Vice President of Operations for Corpac Development. His experience in multiple real estate disciplines provides him with a critical perspective to his work with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Mitch served for seven years as a United States Navy SEAL, during which service he was deployed to Desert Storm/Shield, where he was awarded for his participation in combat operations.
