Molly Mikolajczyk is SVN Cornerstone’s Director of Operations. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing day to day operations, business planning to promote company growth, improving the efficiency of company policies and procedures, and the recruiting, hiring, and training of new advisors and employees.
Molly has 6 years of real estate experience and has worked in front office administration, executive assistance, marketing, listing management and transaction management. The perspective of those positions has elevated her ability to improve office procedure and overall efficiency. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry Molly’s career focus was in Medical Office Administration and Health Insurance.
Molly is very passionate about training and enjoys providing onboarding as well as any opportunity for ongoing training with current advisors. She also facilitates business planning with each advisor, encouraging them to track specific metrics and meets with them regularly to assess how to better reach their goals. Molly truly enjoys all aspects of her responsibilities and the diversity the position offers.
Outside of the office, Molly values spending time with friends and family. She and her husband Zachary have two little girls and are very much enjoying watching them grow and learn. Molly and her husband share a passion for many outdoor rec activities including hiking, camping, boating, fishing, and hunting.
