Monica Su joined Kennedy Wilson Brokerage in 2024, bringing with her five years of real estate experience across real estate investment banking and hotel acquisitions. As a licensed sales agent, she specializes in retail leasing within the greater Los Angeles area.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, Monica served as a Senior Associate of Hotel Acquisitions at Life House, a tech-hospitality startup focused on boutique hotel design, development and management. In her role there, she was responsible for underwriting and pitching, and worked closely with commercial real estate brokers and hotel investors to transact hotel deals before being promoted to Manager of Growth & Operations, where she supported the company’s sales funnel and growth strategy.
After getting a degree in Hospitality & Real Estate at Cornell University, she kick-started her career at Nomura Securities, where she worked as an analyst for the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure & Lodging sector of the Investment Banking division.
She is also the founder of Amenities, LLC, a wellness and lifestyle brand focused on organization and intentional living based in Venice, CA.
