Monika Blachut joined Fairfield Commercial in 2019 as an Associate, with over fourteen years of industry experience working extensively on both tenant and landlord mandates. Monika ensures that the leasing transaction process runs seamlessly, in a timely manner. Prior to joining Fairfield, she worked for a boutique urban developer, where she was responsible "in-house" for a portfolio of over 100,000 square feet of commercial mixed-use street front retail and office space in Calgary, Alberta. Monika has a strong passion for commercial real estate and is committed to providing the service and support necessary to achieve each clients real estate goals.
