Morgan Goldstein handles site selection, planning, and development of retail sites for clients in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas in his role as Real Estate Development Manager at Capital Growth Buchalter.
Morgan has a background in student housing management, multi-family brokerage, and retail development across the southeast United States. He previously worked with a retail developer in Clearwater, Florida where he was a real estate development coordinator and completed projects for multiple retail clients including dollar stores, QSRs, and convenience stores.
Morgan holds a bachelor of arts in professional writing with a minor in management from the State University of New York Cortland. While attending SUNY Cortland, he played on the men’s rugby team and helped found and served on the executive board of his chapter of the Theta Chi Fraternity.
Morgan connects with his community through his membership at Church of the Highlands, the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and the SUNY Cortland Theta Chi Alumni Association. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, camping and fishing across the southeast, and hanging out with his two rescue dogs Delta and Scout.
