Morgan Hill Konstantinidis is the Vice President of Development of Retail Sites, LLC, having joined the team in 2010. Morgan handles all facets of entitlements, construction and property management for both existing portfolio assets and pipeline projects. Since taking on the role as the Vice President of Development, she has been responsible for approvals and construction of more than 250,000 sf of retail, grocery, medical and convenience store projects. Utilizing her previous experiences in leasing and tenant representation, she focuses on delivering projects to tenant’s specifications on time and on budget.
Previously, Morgan worked at Interstate Commercial Real Estate on site selection activities and supported the leasing department of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Morgan is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Real Estate. Morgan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, currently serving as the Eastern Division Innovation Chair as well as a member of the ICSC PA/NJ/DE Idea Exchange Program Planning Committee. Previously, she held the roles of PA/NJ/DE Next Generation Chair and Next Generation Committee Chair. Additionally, she is actively involved in Susan G. Komen Philadelphia and has served as Co-Chairwoman of the Komen Philadelphia Pink Tie Ball for two years.
