With over 16 years of experience focused in the Center City, Philadelphia market Morgan established MSRA in partnership with Joe McManus following a five-year career in brokerage at CBRE, Inc. and eleven years with Thomas Realty Partners, LLC. In her previous roles, Morgan’s primary focus was on providing tenant advisors services for a select group of center city clients, the rebranding and lease-up of 2 Liberty Place (a 1 million square foot trophy office tower) and One & Two Commerce Square (a 2 million square foot trophy complex) and Asset Management responsibilities for the leasing and disposition of multiple Northern Virginia office properties.
