Morgan founded and runs APVibe Downtown Asbury Park, a business association bolstering the community through joint marketing, events, and promotions. Morgan also owns and manages the black-box theater and entertainment space, House of Independents, whose mission is to promote the growth and development of the downtown’s arts community by providing Asbury Park with a versatile, creativity driven venue.
