Morgan joined RIPCO Real Estate in September 2020 and is a Director in RIPCO’s Manhattan office specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation.
Morgan currently represents Millennium Partners’ UWS, Lincoln Square portfolio with over 100,000 SF of available space. Within this portfolio, Morgan has completed significant transactions with the School Construction Authority for 40,000 square feet at 1972 Broadway, along with NYU Langone for 30,000 square feet at 1980 Broadway. Morgan also represents Empire State Realty Trust’s Manhattan retail portfolio, successfully securing and negotiating deals with several high-profile Tenants including AT&T, Calzedonia, and Panera Bread. On the Tenant side, Morgan works with a variety of businesses ranging from apparel to health/wellness brands, to fitness and food concepts including H&M, Ralph Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld and Silver Mirror Facial Bar.
Morgan’s creative and visionary perspective allows her to provide a unique real estate marketing and social media approach. Her deep knowledge of social media and art adds value to both Landlord and Tenant marketing by concentrating on concept development, site selection and canvassing efforts.
Morgan graduated from the University of Wisconsin where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York. While a student at UW-Madison, Morgan ran the Wisconsin School of Business Art Exhibition emphasizing and encouraging the importance of creativity in the business world.
