Morris specializes in retail real estate in the Charlotte MSA market. Throughout his time at Colliers, Morris focuses on landlord representation, tenant representation, land acquisition and land sales. He frequently researches market conditions, generates strategic and innovative plans to create the best leasing and sale opportunities for his clients, and enjoys the nuances of the surrounding communities throughout North and South Carolina.
Prior to joining Colliers, Morris earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington College of Law at American University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of South Carolina. Morris is a native of Orangeburg, SC and currently resides in South End. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, finding new local spots in rural areas, and being hopelessly optimistic about the South Carolina Gamecocks.
