Munish Viralam is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Consulting Group in New York City, where he is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing real estate strategies for major firms across multiple markets.
During his tenure with CBRE, Munish has gained tremendous real estate experience across a broad range of projects on behalf of tenants and has been responsible for developing client presentations, providing negotiation support and conducting financial analyses evaluating various potential real estate strategies utilizing Excel, Lotus and Argus. Munish has been recognized by the Commercial Observer as one of 2013’s top 30 real estate brokers under 30 years old and has won CBRE’s Consulting Group’s Professional of the Year award twice (2010 and 2012).
Prior to joining CBRE’s Consulting Group in 2008, Munish received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University.
