Myla began her career in Real Estate in 1970 in the Land Title Industry where she worked for 16 years as an Escrow Officer for Hexter-Fair Title Company’s Commercial division. Additionally, she served as Vice-President and Manager of Southwest Land Title (now North American Title) Company’s Commercial Division in Dallas, where she closed what was the largest transaction in Texas history (at that time) with her major client, Vantage Properties. In 1986, Myla began purchasing and selling Commercial Properties, primarily raw land. In 1988 she obtained her Texas Real Estate License and formed Patton International Enterprises, Inc., a Texas Corporation. Myla founded Patton International Properties, a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury homes and developments, along with her mother Billie Montine Haucke, a veteran Real Estate broker who started her successful 30-year career with Ebby Halliday Realtors. Myla is very active in charitable endeavors. In 1977, she co-founded a Charity supporting and assisting impoverished American Indian families in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. For 30 years, she has been aiding families in need of assistance through the Native American Inter-Tribal Nation. Myla is also a monthly sponsor partner with Fellowship Power Lunch North; focused on spiritual empowerment with monthly speaker luncheons that provide fellowship, inspiration, and new perspectives. She is also a sponsor of charities serving family needs in the Collin County area, the International Justice Mission; the largest international anti-slavery organization in the world, and Watoto; Watoto is a family of people from all over the world who is working together to ensure that the forgotten have a place to belong.
