Myles has helped manage a portfolio of over 6,500 apartment units located in New Hampshire, Maine and North Carolina. He was responsible for the Company’s financial budgeting, marketing, leasing, and project finance. He also sourced and led the acquisition of over 4,000 apartment units in North Carolina – increasing the Company’s size by over 250%.
