Nahz Anvary, CCIM is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews, where she and her business partner of 14 years Jim Gray, CCIM, LEED AP, have a well-established partnership. They offer high-quality service to clients, through their market knowledge, professionalism, strategic and analytical thinking, advisory and repositioning services, problem solving and transaction management skills in meeting clients’ business or investment objectives.
Nahz and Jim serve as brokers in the commercial real estate market spanning the breadth and the depth of the following areas:
Landlord/tenant representation leasing office related properties, including office, scientific lab, medical office and flex properties
Owner user office sales (sellers and buyers)

Nahz began her career in 2005 at NAI Sacramento Valley, which went through many transformations and mergers over the past 14 years, including NAI BT Commercial, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and finally Cushman & Wakefield. She quickly became one of the top producers of the firm and was elected one of the youngest partners/shareholders.
