Nan has worked in property management with Realty Management Services since 1997. She started with the company in the accounting department as a bookkeeper for single family and multi-family residential properties, commercial accounts, receiverships, and asset managed properties.
Nan began working in the real estate industry in 1982 as a loan processor/funder in the mortgage loan business and also working with new construction loans in the Savings and Loan business.
Nan is a licensed California Real Estate Agent specializing in the management of single family and multifamily properties, as well as Commercial Associations, Homeowners Associations, and management of a Mutual Water Company.
Nan is the Office Manager for Realty Management Services, a Property Supervisor, and is a Certified Community Association Manager and member of the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CCAM). Nan received her CPM designation in September of 2007.
