Bio
Real estate first ignited in Nancy Elieff’s mind in 1988. After graduating from UCLA, while attending Pepperdine School of Law, she worked as a server at a Pasadena steak house on Lake Avenue. While describing a piece of cappuccino mousse pie to a repeat customer, the defining moment happened after the customer said casually, 'Nancy, you really should be selling something more significant than pie!” She became a realtor and has never looked back. Since then, Nancy has leased, sold, marketed, and managed properties, coordinated escrows, reviewed title reports, consulted environmental hazard specialists, and conferred with attorneys on behalf of her clients. In addition, she has recruited, hired, managed, and trained sales personnel. Working with relocation companies, builder/developers, city personnel in zoning, planning, building and safety has also been necessary to handle real estate at the highest professional level. Her areas of sales have included, but are not limited to, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Glendale, Burbank, and the surrounding vicinities. There are no limits! Each year in business, her sales volume has been very high which has resulted in winning the following awards: 'Rookie of the Year' for first year top in sales, 'President’s Club' each year, and in 2013, 'Platinum Club', for achieving over $10 million in sales. Community service has, and always will be, a necessary part of Nancy’s life and legacy. This includes weekly service at Union Station, feeding the homeless; serving as chair of several committees including the Circle of Huntington Hospital which benefits research and care for patients of the Hill and Zahorik Breast Center in Pasadena; Christian Assembly's Compassion in Action, feeding the poor in the South-Central projects; and mentoring in math and science to a sixth grader at Eagle Rock Elementary School. Nancy is truly hard-working and holds the highest level of honesty and professionalism as her benchmark.
