Since 2003, Ms. Hoffmann has been involved in several aspects of the Leasing Department. Currently, as a Leasing Associate for Aeroterm's U.S. Eastern Operations, Nancy is responsible for tenant retention, working with brokers to prospect and recruit new tenants, reviews leases and negotiates terms, assists with property management and coordinates development and operations teams to ensure tenant satisfaction. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
