Bio
In 2001 Naomi started her career in commercial real estate working for The Wright Company in Norfolk, Virginia. In 2004 Naomi started her Kansas City real estate career working for Opus Northwest Management. At Opus Naomi experienced working for an Owner-Developer where she was heavily involved in management of their designed, owned, and managed portfolios. In 2009 Naomi was offered a position at Highwoods (REIT) managing Class A office property on the iconic County Club Plaza. Then, in 2013 Naomi accepted a position, with a non-integrated, Colliers office in Kansas City. Naomi brought with her a portfolio of regional real estate from Goodwill to property manage & negotiate lease renewals. This portfolio represented property Goodwill owned or leased, and included office, industrial, & retail. While in the Kansas City office Naomi also managed for private owners a FDA lab (GSA) and retail shopping centers. In 2015 Naomi was offered an opportunity at a national Colliers office in Southern California. The opportunity was to manage a new LEED Veteran Affairs Ambulatory Care Clinic in the Inland Empire. This position employs all of Naomi’s skills in management of GSA, VA, office, lab, medical, retail, and high tenant & landlord customer service skills. Coming from a military family Naomi also brings her personal dynamic to the position. Naomi has interests in real estate advocacy, LEED initiatives, space planning, tenant construction, budgeting processes, business plans, tenant relations, and business development.
