Nari values the importance of building strong relationships within the real estate community in order to find the best office solutions for the different types of office users. During her time as Leasing Director at WeWork, she led the implementation of the broker partnership program, which was pivotal in building relationships with brokers and economic development entities in order to grow the sales pipeline. This allowed her to fill vacant space in both the Montreal and the Miami WeWork locations, which were known to be challenging markets, nearly doubling the occupancy in less than a year.
