Bio
Natalie Arrowsmith has been dedicated to serving buyers and sellers since earning her broker's license in 2005. Five years into her journey, she took the leap to launch Arrowsmith Realty, driven by a business model centered on facilitating homeownership for everyone in Central Florida.
As a fourth-generation Apopka native, Natalie's roots run deep, and her commitment extends beyond transactions to the core ideals associated with owning a home – community, stability, and safety.
From the onset, Natalie has elevated her real estate career by forging new and strategic relationships, all geared towards enhancing the experiences of her agents and clients. In her role as both a broker/owner and a Realtor, she continually innovates, bringing fresh and effective approaches to both buyers and sellers.
Natalie's passion for her craft is palpable in her unwavering commitment to the industry. She has actively served in leadership roles within local, state, and national associations. Notably, she recently held the prestigious position of President of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), served as District 12 Vice President for Florida Realtors, sat on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors, and currently occupies a seat on the Florida Realtors executive board.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Natalie wears many hats – a wife, a mother, and a dedicated people person. Her community commitment matches her dedication to her clients. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Natalie was the inaugural recipient of the 2017 Alice Alfano Torchbearer Award and was honored as the 2018 Businesswoman of the Year by the Apopka Chamber of Commerce.
A true advocate for homeownership for all, Natalie embodies the essence of the Realtor Code of Ethics, standing firm in the belief that "Under all is the land."
