Bio
Natalie Phoenix joined the team at Impact Commercial in 2019, coming from a background in the upstream oil and gas industry. Over the last ten years, she has worked alongside project managers in the development of a variety of brownfield sites and guided reservoir engineers in their assessment of numerous greenfield locations for platform commissioning.
In 2017 she carried that expertise into the company transaction space and began working with Merger and Acquisition firms as a point of contact for sourcing suitable parcels of land with a view towards residential development in Colorado.
Natalie understands the value and importance of forging relationships in the community and relies upon these resources to realize successful commercial real estate ventures. After completing her degrees in Formal Logic from Aberdeen, Calgary and Edinburgh University, she immigrated to the US in 2008, bringing with her experience in both the Canadian and UK real estate markets.
Among her many passions, including skiing, fencing and being in the mountains, Natalie enjoys occasionally travelling back to her hometown of Cape Town, South Africa.
