His expertise includes large-scale sales and leasing, and the acquisition, development, and management of urban and suburban properties. Mr. Bray has represented an array of clients within the pharmaceutical and technology industries, Fortune 500 companies, and regional/national retail and corporate businesses.
Before starting Bray Realty Advisors, LLC a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Boynton Beach and Port St Lucie, FL, Mr. Bray was president of real estate and business development for Asset Specialists, Inc. in West Palm Beach. His major accomplishments include the oversight, marketing, and leasing of 650,000 sq. ft. of existing commercial assets from Palm Beach County to St. Lucie County. In addition, he led the acquisition, sale, land planning, design, development, leasing, and property management of five major projects totaling 823,000 sq ft in the City of Port St Lucie. Prior to moving to Florida, Bray spent fourteen years working in the San Francisco Bay area of California. As a senior associate at The Staubach Company, he represented national and regional corporate and retail tenants with their expansion and contraction plans throughout the West Coast.
His clients, to name a few, included Hyseq Pharmaceuticals, Gore Technology, Good Technology, PeopleSoft, E*Trade, The Gap, and Staples. As director of sales, marketing, and acquisitions for Rue-Ell Enterprises, Mr. Bray effectively managed the marketing and direction of a diverse portfolio of buildings throughout the Bay area. In his beginning years as an investment broker with Marcus & Millichap, he specialized in selling commercial triple-net lease investments and exclusively represented numerous banks and financial institutions in selling their “other real estate owned” properties.
Mr. Bray has served on many boards and councils including the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County, the Board of Advisors for Keiser University-St Lucie Campus, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Urban Land Institute, and the St. Lucie Cultural Alliance.
