Nate Harbertson received his Utah license in 1995 and has obtained extensive training and experience in all aspects of Real Estate over the following years. He started his career with Wardley BH&G and Gibbons Development specializing in Land Development and new construction in Logan, UT. After much success he was soon recruited to Park City, UT in 1997 by GSS Inc. an affiliate of Hughes International (a Fortune 500 Company) to help launch the Northern Utah division. He played a major role in increasing Hughes Communication's territory by 400% through aggressive marketing, sales, and acquisition. Nate consistently exceeded all sales goals, and was awarded #1 producer out of 70 territories in the US. He prospected and signed multiple multi-million dollar right of entry contracts with MDU properties. Since 2002 Nate has been cultivating his Real Estate business in Ogden, UT working for Real Estate Investments Inc., NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate, and currently PPC Commercial Real Estate. He works diligently listing and showing land, office, industrial and investment opportunities. Nate has a large network of affiliations with all the sectors of Commercial Real Estate including Lenders, Title, Engineering and Environmental companies. He has a broad knowledge of his marketplace and is consistently researching to be more comprehensive.
