Bio
A bit about Nate:
Nate has been in this business full time since 1996 but has lived with it at the dinner table as long as he can remember. His father started a real estate office when he was 7 years old, and in 1996 he joined him as a sales associate in the Mount Vernon office. After about five years of selling, they had the opportunity to buy the Anacortes Windermere office, and they jumped at it. Since that time, he has been here in Anacortes running the office. His dad stayed in Mount Vernon and continued running that office until his brother Josh took over the reigns there, and now runs that office, and their newest office in Sedro Woolley. They also have partnered with friend Gary Franklin to buy and run the Windermere office in Friday Harbor - gotta love the islands! Nate loves the business, he loves the people, heading to the office in the morning is a treat, not a job.
Nate's Real Estate Experience:
Nate has done everything from home and land sales, condominium, and new construction, to development work and commercial sales and leasing and community association management. He has even built his own duplex and managed several rentals he has owned. Since he now manages the Anacortes office and it`s 35 agents, he no longer actively sells residential real estate, he does however sell and lease commercial real estate and manage community associations. If residential real estate help is what you are after, Nate has not only the thirty-five agents in Anacortes, but another 40 in Mount Vernon and Sedro Woolley to refer you to. He will happily match you with an agent who specializes in the type of property, and area you are looking for. Give him a call; he is happy to speak with you about your real estate needs, whatever they may be.
When Nate goes home:
Outside of real estate Nate is a person who loves the outdoors, lucky him, he lives in the most amazing community for the outdoorsy type. He loves to bike, run, hike, scuba dive, snowboard, fish and on down the line. If it involves being outdoors and being active, Nate is in. He is married to an amazing woman, who is a genetic physician, and he has a 17-year-old son Christopher who keeps him on his toes. He knows the trails and places in Skagit County for doing those outdoor activities, so if you're interested, he is happy to point you in the right direction for your own activities and give a tip or two on the best brewery to cool down at.
