Nate is a manager at Allegro with experience in several facets of the commercial real estate industry. His industry background and analytical skills provide full-service solutions for Allegro’s clients as a leader in the Corporate Real Estate Services practice including portfolio management, tenant representation, and real estate consulting services. Nate serves as the daily client contact for several Allegro corporate accounts with real estate portfolios across the globe and is responsible for deployment and training of Allegro associates within those accounts. Nate has developed extensive market expertise through an ever-growing network of broker and consultant relationships nationwide, as well as in active international markets.
His previous work in commercial mortgage brokerage covered a wide range of financing vehicles across multiple property types. This included property valuations, investment underwriting, market research, lender quote negotiations, and client relationship management. Over the course of several years at Pinnacle Financial Group (now Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation), Nate contributed to the placement of over $650 million of commercial mortgage debt financing. Nate also previously gained experience in corporate finance as an analyst at commercial developer Forest City Enterprises (now Brookfield Asset Management) in their Debt Management department, reporting on and maintaining an $8 billion mortgage debt portfolio.
