Nathalie is a real estate broker specializing in corporate services, offered to business space users aka lessees.
Working in the field of real estate brokerage since 2001, her role is to help business owners in their thought process and ensure an optimal real estate solution. Her professional background makes her an ally deserving of her clientele’s trust.
She insured, among other things, the management of activities within real estate portfolios of many major corporate accounts, consisting of hundreds of distinct addresses and over a million transactional square feet. She has worked alongside upper management in order to elaborate efficient real estate and financial strategies. This has allowed her to establish a solid network of professional contacts on a national scale and to perform her talent for negotiation in multiple situations.
Aside from her commercial real estate brokerage knowledge, she also has a decade of acquired experience within the field of office space planning. This experience has allowed her to integrate all considerations related to the optimization of space efficiency and those of employee productivity. This global vision has proven to be very useful which she holds dear to her heart, as it has helped her in her career as a commercial real estate broker.
