Nathan attended the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree specializing in History. After University he first went on to develop a chain of retail stores, then moved to a sales manager role in the software industry with offices in Calgary, Austin, and Bangalore, India, before pursuing a Major Accounts Executive role at Xerox, where he achieved “President’s Club”.
Nathan joined Avison Young in 2013, where his hard work, in-depth market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills contribute to his successes in Calgary’s office market as a Tenant Representative.
Nathan’s focus as a Tenant Representative is to nurture client relationships by providing them with creative solutions and ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Nathan believes that the client’s interests must always remain the first priority.
