Nathan Duffy is a Northern California native graduating from Nevada Union High School. Soon after, he went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree from Chico State University with an emphasis in Business Marketing along with a Seufferlein Sales Certificate. This program is an award-winning, USCA-accredited program that prepares students for a dynamic career. After spending his post-graduation time working his way up the corporate ladder at Indeed.com. Eventually landing a Senior Enterprise Account Executive job at a privately held technology-based startup. He then decided that tech life wasn't for him and made the transition into commercial real estate. Mr. Duffy now specializes in the sale of Multifamily Apartment buildings in Coastal San Diego County and facilitates clients’ 1031 exchanges into like-kind properties such as Apartments, Triple-Net, Storage, Retail, or Mobile Home properties.
