Nathan Jones, Senior Director of Walker & Dunlop’s property sales group, is responsible for executing the disposition of multifamily assets in the Houston, Texas region. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Jones is credited with underwriting over $10 billion in property development and sales thus far and he specializes in multifamily properties of all types, including institutional, affordable, and value-add. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Jones served as Operations Director for Berkadia’s Houston Multifamily Investment Sales team, where he led the financial evaluation and marketing efforts for single asset dispositions and portfolio holdings for private and institutional clients. Before joining Berkadia in 2016, Mr. Jones also developed his career at CBRE, The Hanover Company, Hearthstone Assisted Living, Belmont Village, and HCR/ManorCare.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
