Mr. Raider began his career with Fedder in 2003 and has overseen the company’s commercial developments, redevelopments and acquisitions and their financing and refinancing for more than 13 years, including award-winning One Mile West. He has previous experience as a property manager for WinnCompanies based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Mr. Raider earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker.
Nathan was born and raised in Natick, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation in 2001, he joined Chubb Insurance as an underwriter in Florham Park, New Jersey.
In July of 2002, Nathan accepted a position with Winn Residential as a property manager in Framingham, Massachusetts. During his tenure as a property manager for two residential developments, Nathan completed several capital improvement projects, reduced outstanding delinquencies, and increased replacement reserve funding while maintaining scheduled distributions to investors.
Nathan is a Maryland real estate licensee and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In his free time, he volunteers for Chesapeake Habitat for Humanity in Baltimore City. Nathan has recently been accepted into the Masters of Science Real Estate Development program at Johns Hopkins University. He now resides in Canton, MD. His recreational interests include baseball, waterskiing, and boating.
