With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Nathaniel is responsible for the overall strategy of the company and is principally focused on that NorthPoint Development continues to live into their Core Values, maintains the unique culture they have created for their team members, and supports the leadership teams running the various business units.
Nathaniel has helped raise in excess of $16.5B in capital over the last eight years for our various real estate investments. To date, their firm has developed and managed in excess of 169.4+ million square feet of commercial space and over 5,900 apartments. The network of companies has grown to eleven companies, including a real estate development and management company, an international logistics company, and a warehouse and supply chain integration company.
