Neal has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and its related fields including:

- construction
- design
- negotiation for buying and selling
- property (real, intellectual, and personal) management
Neal studied electrical and biomedical engineering at Duke University and focused on the process management and the business aspects of these fields. He earned his Master’s degree in environmental engineering and engineering management while serving in the United State Air Force. Neal served for a period of time in the Middle East on post-Desert Storm operations in the mid-1990s. After leaving active duty in the Air Force as a Captain, Neal continued to serve his country as a civilian working for the Department of Defense as an engineer. Neal created the Department of Defense’s sustainable development program for buildings, structures and facilities; he developed policies and requirements to focus on alternative uses of buildings and the renovation of structures for new and innovative purposes. It was during this time period, while working closely with attorneys, architects, designers, engineers, facility planners, and users of the facilities and spaces, that Neal became passionate about all these fields and their inter-relatedness.
Neal has been renovating homes as a hobby since 1992, and to date he has renovated 11 of his personal residences, plus numerous others for clients and investors. Neal graduated the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University and began practicing law in 2003. While in law school, Neal passed the prestigious Patent Bar Exam which allows him to practice intellectual property law before the United State Patent and Trademark Office, obtained his real estate license, purchased, renovated, and sold his personal residence in Bexley, Ohio, and started the residential design and renovation business.
Neal continues to grow the companies and expand services throughout Ohio; all the while, he ensures that his clients have superior service for some of the most important decisions and times in their lives as well as for future planning. Neal continues to give back to the community through volunteering for arts and humanitarian not-for-profit organizations, organizing and hosting fundraising events, and serv<script src="http://ecn.dev.virtualearth.net/mapcontrol/v7.0/js/bin/7.0.20120123200232.91/en-us/veapicore.js" type="text/javascript" ></script>ing on the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit organizations.
