Neal Marchesano has been involved in office leasing and sales since 1986. When Neal was with CB Richard Ellis he was responsible for over a half million square feet of office space in Nassau County, including 1600 Stewart Avenue for Oak Tree Capitol Management and The Franklin Avenue Plaza office complex for The Shorenstein Company. Neal interfaced with lawyers and tenants in negotiating leases and sales to major corporations, such as Norstar Bank, MONY Financial, TransAmerica and Reebok Corporation.
Prior to joining NAI Long Island in 2013, Neal was a Managing Director at Corporate National Realty.
