Mr. Brady joined the Lee and Associates team in May 2017 as a Senior Vice President in Industrial Brokerage. He specializes in tenant representation, global supply chain/logistics, real estate development, and construction.
Prior to joining Lee, Ned was with the Chesapeake Real Estate Group since 2013 as a partner and the head of the development team. Ned was formerly with Cushman & Wakefield as a senior member of the Mid-Atlantic Industrial team after working for eight years with CBRE. Mr. Brady specializes in re-development and construction of industrial properties, as well as, negotiating both the leasing and sale of assets. His prior duties at CBRE have included Director of Technical Services, Director of Asset Services, and Industrial Broker for the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia Region.
