I have been selling businesses and real estate for over 20 years, I have lived on Hilton Head Island for almost 40 years and have been active in the community since I moved her in 1980. I have personally owned and operated dozens of restaurants, car washes, laundry mats, cleaning companies. I have also been in the marina business for many years as well. I have personally sold over 300 restaurants in Beaufort county not to mention many other types of businesses such as retail, laundry mats, jewelry stores, bike rentals and resort businesses.
